Reiki / Distance Healing Reiki Sessions
Reiki is an energy healing modality that is done by placing the hands in positions on the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the parasympathetic response and helping the body to balance itself in a very deep way. Reiki can also be done with the hands hoovering above the body.
Distant Reiki works the same as hands on Reiki except that the person receiving Reiki is not in the same room. During Distant Reiki, the practitioner's focus and intent is to send healing energy to the client as the client receives energy.
While receiving distant Reiki plan to turn off the phone and tune out all other distractions while laying down and simply receive energy, allowing it to go where ever in your body that it is needed.
